I don't care what anyone says. Jimmy John's has awesome turkey subs and a great tuna sub.
Okay so there's Jimmy John's everywhere you look but you can't argue with the fact that their subs are solid everything is fresh and you're in and out pretty quickly.
I love that I can pop in particularly at this location when I'm getting a break from work and get a quick bite to eat that's fairly healthy even if I'm not getting a veggie sub every time.
Bottom line. I don't see why anyone would have a problem with Jimmy John's. I think it's pretty great -

Called in a delivery order for 20 sandwiches with 24 hours notice. Food was 30 minutes late because they didn't have any drivers.... somehow that's my problem that they were understaffed when I gave them a full days notice for this order.
We finally get the late food delivered by the manager. He forgets the mustard & mayo packets as well as any napkins. He apologizes and proceeds To tell me to call the next day and I can get a refund. I'm fine, in a good mood since I'll get some sort of refund.. not a big deal.
I call the store the next day, they put me on hold and forget about me.... Then the "General Manager" Sara says NO REFUND, no partial refund. Nothing at all.
It somehow my fault that she is awful at scheduling her employees and didn't have a delivery driver there to send out my order on time. So the manager just lied to me? I wouldn't have called if the manager that delivered my food didn't offer to give me a refund.
I never write yelp reviews just look at my profile but I had to for this... Bottom line, I'll never use jimmy johns again for group orders after dealing with such an unprofessional. Don't order delivery from this location... the GM is obviously awful at scheduling drivers -

This location does not meet the typical JJ standard. They are not fast and should definitely work on improving that. It took 25 plus minutes for my order to be even be made .
The girl who answered the phone when I called to inquire on any status goes "I was getting ready to make your order but I had to come answer the phone" - this is so unprofessional to say.
Then she goes she will make it and send it out with her driver once the driver returns . Okay sounds fine to me right but then the tone of voice when she ended the call stating "sorry about the delay " then just hanging up.
From my interaction I get the sense that the customer service is poor at this location.
Better customer service and actual speed of delivery really need to be improved. -

This place is the worst. I paid for my sandwich and use had to use the restroom and people kept trying to get in after they were told that there was someone in there. The person that was trying to get In was someone that work there. Don't come here

On their website it says they're open until 3 am on a Saturday but I went there at 11:00 pm & they were closed.
